Return Policy

At Ruhmaé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive a damaged or expired product, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for damaged or expired products. If you receive a product that is either damaged or expired, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Expired Products: If the product you receive is expired, you are eligible for a return with no return shipping charges. We will cover the return shipping costs for expired products.

  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged, please contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs for damaged products will be the customer’s responsibility.

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products (unless damaged or expired).

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted items.

4. How to Return a Damaged or Expired Product

  • For expired products, simply contact us via email or phone with your order number, and we will arrange for a return with no return shipping cost for you.

  • For damaged products, please reach out to our customer service team at ruhmaeofficial@gmail.com or call +923200548703. Our team will assist you and provide instructions for returning the damaged item. The customer will bear the return shipping costs for damaged products.

5. Return Shipping

  • For expired products: Ruhmaé will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For damaged products: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you want to exchange a damaged or expired product, please mention it when you contact our customer service team. We will send a replacement once we receive the original item.

7. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, it will need to go through our return process if it’s a damaged or expired product.
